Why i love bob dylan

It is rare that you come across an artist who is truly mad…
It is this madness that makes Bob Dylan not only one of the greatest artists of all times but also a beautiful philosopher!
When bob Dylan sings, he sings from the depth of his soul… and if you listen carefully to his lyrics and the emotion in his voice, you can almost feel what he feels…

A great singer is not one who has a beautiful voice, but who sings from a place far beyond his vocal chords.. from his heart so that every word he hums is saturated with an emotion that he truly feels..

Some people call Bob Dylan insane, that his lyrics make no sense, but to me his songs talk about life itself… about the people you come across… about emotions that you believe only YOU have felt! It's almost like he reflects those precious thoughts in my mind that I could never bring to words.. and when he sings them, I close my eyes and feel a deep emotion stir within me and I find myself asking, "What do you say to someone who knows those little things that go on in your heart… and even more, who knows that they matter so much!"

If you close your eyes and follow the tambourine man, you can feel his crazy spirit seep into you …until you feel intoxicated and dizzy…and then you'll want to say to him…

"…take me disappearing through the smoke rings of my mind, down the fogged ruins of time, far past the frozen leaves, the haunted frightened trees, out to the windy beach, far past the twisted reach of crazy sorrow… yes, to dance beneath the diamond sky with one hand waving free … let me forget about today until tomorrow…"

And then I use all my force in my body to pull myself back to this world… where there is an element called 'time' … and where the stone faces are 'People'…
Until the next time I play his songs… I'll make do with his tune humming on my lips…

If someone calls Bob Dylan insane, they need to get their own sanity checked.

Tell his mama to take his badge from him, 'cause he can't take it anymore.

insanity is that level of consciousness where sanity has reached its breaking point.the world we live in is insane,so,true to our human nature we try and chase the opposite - being sane.
that's why he is my idol;for he is insane in this insane world.
real good words...after all,
'Goodbye's too good a word,so i would just say fare thee well'.

God bless you Bob Dylan-fuck all those critics and their useless, meaningless comments-It takes a giant heart and an endless soul to donate all proceeds from "Christmas in the Heart" to feed the hungry and homeless on that holiest of nights when the lonely, hungry, homeless and downtrodden are forgotten-thanks for bringing a little"Joy to the World" at a time when it needs all the help it can get.'Must be Santa"really put me in the Christmas spirit-God Bless you Bob-
the Lord is surely looking down on you- hope you "have yourself a merry little Christmas"

again-God bless your heart& soul-
